Do you know your footwork steps ?

This week we are going to do a quick review on the main and most important tennis footwork steps that you should be aware of. I am going to list each step in order of importance starting with the most important one first. (There is too many so i am only going to list the main and most common ones.) 1. The Split Step - You have all heard of it i am sure. So the main idea here is that of the Law of Inertia: “A body at rest tends to stay at rest, a body in motion tends to stay in motion.” Basically, you need to already be moving when you see the ball and decide it's time to move (in a certain direction).
