Just wanted to put together a brief blog on compression gear and how it can help your overall health.
There has been some solid information on the benefits of athletes who use compression gear, it appears that compression gear can help you with recovery (from both injury and/or surgery as well as post workouts), it can also be used as a regeneration routine for after competition.
